SheDecides have organized a wide range of events and campaigns where activists can join and speak out.

Activists around the world are standing up and speaking out for bodily autonomy. From Open Mics and video discussions to street protests and ‘artivism,’ activists are organising to demand her right to decide. Visit the gallery, raise your voice, and join in the action!

Visit the Gallery: SheDecides ARTIVISM at GEF!

The SheDecides Virtual Art Gallery is now open! It launched with a joyful celebration of the amazing 25 featured artists and their work to advance conversations about gender equality in and around the Generation Equality Forum. The Gallery is a space to reflect on bodily autonomy issues and activism, to spark your own reflections on what that means to you and of course to make connections with like-minded activists from around the world.

Raise your Voice:

SheDecides Bangladesh teamed up with Radio Shadhin on a video series focussing on men’s mentality towards gender equality. The In Her Shoes series focusses on how building gender equality means a change in mentality. Watch here! (in Bangla with English subtitles.

Najia Nuray Jarin from SheDecides Bangladesh writes in an op-ed that the decision to terminate a pregnancy should be respected, not judged (Read the Dhaka Tribune here; in English).

Join the Action: TAKE PART: Feminist leadership mapping

Do you have a story, practice, example, commitment, effort, experiment, experience, project of collective feminist leadership or a challenge or example of a collective leadership system that has not worked and has lessons others can learn from?

Srilatha Batliwala and the Feminist Hiking Collective have launched a new initiative to map practices of collective feminist leadership worldwide. Send your submission and do your bit to help create a new pool of shared knowledge, new feminist narratives of power, inspiration and aspiration, and to learn from collective experiences and continually deepen radical practices.
