At a time when the need for informed, youth-led action on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) is more urgent than ever, IPAS Bangladesh has opened the door to a meaningful opportunity for recent graduates. Share-Net Bangladesh is pleased to highlight this paid internship programme, designed to nurture young professionals eager to translate academic knowledge into real-world impact.

IPAS Bangladesh is inviting passionate fresh graduates to join its team as paid interns for a six-month, hands-on internship, offering practical exposure to programmes that strengthen the SRHR landscape in Bangladesh. The opportunity is particularly geared toward individuals motivated to work with youth and adolescents, a demographic central to achieving sustainable SRHR outcomes.

The internship is open to candidates who have recently completed a BA, BSc, BSS, or equivalent degree and who demonstrate strong academic credentials alongside a genuine commitment to social impact. Interns will have the opportunity to engage closely with programme implementation, advocacy initiatives, and learning processes within IPAS Bangladesh that works at the intersection of health, rights, and social justice.

For young graduates seeking to begin their careers in a purpose-driven environment, this internship offers more than professional experience; it provides an entry point into the SRHR sector, mentorship from experienced practitioners, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to change-making work in Bangladesh.

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and cover letter to ipasbangladesh@ipas.org before the deadline: 31st December 2025.

Share-Net Bangladesh encourages eligible graduate members to apply and share this opportunity widely. Investing in young talent today is a crucial step toward building a more equitable, informed, and rights-based SRHR future for Bangladesh.
