  1. Improving SRHR-services of SKS hospital and its Satellite Clinics in Bangladesh: Partnering with CINOP B.V (Dutch) and SERAC-Bangladesh, Consiglieri was awarded (Tailor-Made Training Plus) TMT+ on SRHR in Bangladesh. Consiglieri was responsible for conducting the TNA, coordinating in-country group training activities, coordinating the curriculum development, and the validation to field implementation (piloting) of the training for SKS, one national-level NGO, as a part of the Orange Knowledge Platform Tailor-Made Training Plus (OKP-TMT+). Consiglieri was also responsible for developing a sustainable business model around the newly developed SRHR curriculum.
  2. Understanding the needs and the ecosystem related to access to prevention and redressal of violence and harassment in the workplace in Bangladesh: Consiglieri conducted a need assessment to understand the needs and barriers of female RMG workers regarding their access to grievance mechanisms. The qualitative research includes situational analysis regarding violence and harassment-related issues in the RMG factories; HCD-based workshops, KIIs, IDIs and FGDs with various stakeholders, including RMG workers and organizations that provide legal, psychological, and shelter support to RMG workers. It was a qualitative study covering RMG factories in Dhaka and Tongi areas. The research was awarded by BSR HERPROJECT.
  3. Conducting baseline and following impact evaluations of the project Ekotay Morjada – Unity for Dignity (Terre des Hommes Italia): Consiglieri had been assigned to produce a baseline, one mid-term evaluation and an endline evaluation studies to follow up the indicators in its logical framework and assess the impact and efficiency of the project. A comprehensive longitudinal study was conducted to measure and update the project indicators. The studies were conducted in Dhaka Metropolitan Area on RMG and domestic workers.
  4. Correlation between Menstrual Health and Worker Productivity in the Bangladeshi Garments Sector: This Action Research was funded by Private Enterprise Development in Low-Income Countries (PEDL) fund. Consiglieri undertook this action research to explore the correlation between the menstrual hygiene practice by the female workers of the ready-made garments industry and their productivity. The plan was to push the factory owners and other stakeholders to invest in promoting the proper menstrual hygiene practice to their female workers if any positive correlation is evident from this Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) study. While the core concept was developed by Consiglieri, the research was designed by a group of European academics and was produced as an academic research.
