Save the Children as Secretariat of Engage Men and Boys Network Bangladesh invites application for Youth Advocacy Change Makers. Three youth leads will be recruited as volunteers for the project period.

Qualifications and experience:
 Experience in SRHR and end child marriage work or other related fields.
 Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
 Prior experience in working in youth’s focus capacity building, awareness raising and national level advocacy or social campaigns.
 Gender and diversity awareness and a commitment to gender justice and to gender justice engaging boys, men and gender minority people men engage.
 Skills in networking, persuasion and advocacy for mainstreaming SRHR and child marriage agenda
 Having good knowledge and skills about using the virtual platforms of social media.
 Experience of collection and analysis of the data
 Good spoken and written skill in English and Bengali

Work Condition:
Considering Covid-19 situation, Youth volunteer will work from home and maintain virtual communication with Gender Advisor, Save the Children in Bangladesh

Duration: 3 months
