Wreetu invites to join their ‘Superhero Dads: Booklet Dissemination Workshop’
Wreetu is a social enterprise working since 2016 to build a period friendly Bangladesh for girls and women. Wreetu is offering comprehensive menstrual education through community engagement and comic book, manufacturing sustainable menstrual products that are reusable, washable and eco-friendly and providing consultation to youth MHM organizations.
Currently, Wreetu is running a project named “Be Your Daughter’s Superhero: A Comprehensive Period Guide for Dads to Help Daughters to be Empowered with Needed Knowledge, Confidence and Self-Esteem Ensuring their Menstrual Wellbeing” funded by Share-Net International and supervised by Share-Net Bangladesh. Under this project, they have developed a booklet and a video series for dads demonstrating a friendly guideline on how, when and what to talk about period and puberty with an adolescent daughter.
As a part of this project’s Knowledge Product’s development, they are going to organize an intensive online discussion named ‘Superhero Dads: Booklet Dissemination Workshop’ for Dads, would be Dads and interested male colleagues on 30th October 2021 from 04.00 PM to 06.00 PM.
