Community Development & Learning Academy known as CDLA is a youth-led organization that is working for skill development of youth in Bangladesh.

CDLA have some core thematic area. We are working on capacity building of youth and youth-led organizations. We also working on SRHR, Climate Justice, Child rights, Gender based violence, Cyber security, Education and Human rights.

Our motto is to "Empowering Tomorrow Together". It means that we want to empower youth and ourselves together.
