Launching course on adolescent health

The Hunger Project Bangladesh has organized a course at BRAC Learning Center on “Sexual and reproductive health and rights for adolescents” on 2nd July. 26 persons including 20 school teachers discussed on the adolescent health change, sexual and reproductive health, hygiene, child marriage and many other topics have been discussed in the meeting. Adolescent health has become the foremost concern of the country. The adolescent friendly services should be included in the socio-cultural aspect of the society. They have asked to provide genuine knowledge regarding adolescent health to mitigate the health complications.

In the meeting, the speakers have requited the collaboration of Bangladesh government, development agencies, practitioners to work on adolescent health problem, prevent maternal death and child marriage.

THPB Trainers Tanuza Kamal and Sukhomoy Paul, Area Coordinator Subrata Kumar Paul and school teachers Jahangir Alam, Sirajul Islam, Habibur Rahman and Bazlur Rahman have spoken on the occasion.
